Unmittelbar nach Ihrem Abschluss in Deutschland zur Dentalhygienikerin im Jahr 2009 in München an der FA Dent / Aufenthalt an der Ludwig-Maximilian Universität und der FH Deggendorf arbeitet Adina seit 2010 für die Swiss Dental Academy. Sie ist in mehreren Vereinigungen organisiert, z.B. der Deutsche Gesellschaft für Parodontologie e.V., der Gesellschaft für präventive Zahnheilkunde E.V., oder dem Berufsverband der deutschen Dentalhygieniker/ in E.V. BDDH. Sie ist mit der Guided Biofilm Therapie aufgewachsen und unterrichtet mit Leidenschaft an Universitäten, Instituten und in der Zahnarztpraxis. Sie liebt den Austausch mit Menschen, die Lust und Leidenschaft für den Fortschritt haben. Für Sie bedeutet: Prävention – Prophylaxe und Therapie sind in stetiger Bewegung und EMS und die SDA haben einen enorm bedeutenden Anteil daran. Sie schreibt für Fachzeitschriften und ist mit Stolz ein Teil der GBT Fallstudien Veröffentlichung (40+100 Clinical Cases). Sie arbeitet am Patienten und in leitender Funktion in einer großen Zahnarztpraxis in Berlin, ihrer Heimatstadt. Die praktische Arbeit am Patienten, sowie Wissensaustausch durch Präsentation und Training an unterschiedlichen Orten ermöglichen ihr Wachstum, Weiterentwicklung und den Drang nach Perfektion. Mi sono laureata con Lode in Igiene Dentale presso l'Università di Genova e ho conseguito due Master: Odontoiatria Pediatrica con Lode all'Università di Torino e Management e Coordinamento delle Professioni Sanitarie all'Università di Genova.
Ho seguito il Corso di perfezionamento in Laser e Nuove Tecnologie nel distretto facciale all'Università di Genova, il Corso di parodontologia SIdP a Firenze e dal 2012 e opero come consulente presso lo studio Gian Vittorio Bassi nelle sedi di Genova e Masone.

Seit meinem Abschluss als Dentalhygienikerin HF an der Medi Bern im Jahr 2007 ist die Mundgesundheit meine Leidenschaft. Seit 2017 bin ich als selbstständige Dentalhygienikerin tätig – ob in der Praxis oder mobil – immer mit dem Ziel, Patienten zu einem gesunden Lächeln zu verhelfen.

Die Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) begeistert mich jeden Tag aufs Neue: Sie ist sanft, effektiv und verbessert die Behandlung spürbar – für Patienten und Anwender. Diese Erfahrung gebe ich als SDA Trainerin mit voller Überzeugung weiter. Mein Wissen zu teilen und Kollegen zu inspirieren, ist für mich eine Herzensangelegenheit.

Ramona lebt in Bad Bentheim und begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn 1998 mit der Ausbildung zur Zahnarzthelferin. Nach ihrer Weiterbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Prophylaxeassistentin (ZMP) im Jahr 2003 entschloss sie sich, ihr Wissen durch das Studium zur Dentalhygienikerin B.Sc. zu vertiefen, dass sie im Jahr 2024 abschließen konnte. Die Entscheidung, Dentalhygienikerin zu werden, kam aus der Leidenschaft Patienten dabei zu helfen, ihre Mundgesundheit zu fördern. Besonders fasziniert sie die Guided Biofilm Therapie (GBT), da sie innovative Ansätze in der Zahnmedizin vereint und Patienten eine schonende sowie effiziente Behandlung bietet. In ihrer Freizeit praktiziert Ramona gerne Yoga und genießt entspannende Spaziergänge mit ihrem Hund. Laureata in Igiene Dentale presso Università Vita - Salute San Raffaele a Milano, ho conseguito il Master in “Management e gestione dello studio odontoiatrico” e in “Dental office manager” presso EM Consulting S.r.l., con cui collaboro come formatrice per lo sviluppo ed incremento dell’area di igiene e prevenzione all’interno degli studi odontoiatrici. Faye Donald is a registered dental hygienist currently practicing Guided Biofilm Therapy in the UK.

After graduating from Leeds University in 2001, she went on to complete the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills. Faye received national award recognition in 2013 when she was crowned "Best Hygienist" at the DH&T National Industry Awards, in 2015 when she was crowned "UK’s Dental Hygienist of The Year" and in 2017 when she was again crowned winner of "UK's best hygienist" at the National Oral Health Awards. Faye is also chairperson for the North East BSDHT (British Society for Dental Hygiene and Therapy) where she is actively involved in supporting her peers and driving forwards standards within the dental industry. Faye underwent her training at the Swiss Dental Academy to become a certified SDA trainer in 2016 and has since delivered more than 50 GBT courses to audiences both nationally and internationally on the role of AIRFLOW® and Guided Biofilm Therapy in dental prophylaxis.

Michelle Steiner BSDH, RDH has been dedicated to advancing oral health and supporting fellow dental professionals since beginning her career in 1995. After earning her CDA, she completed her dental hygiene degree in 2000 and spent 24 of the last 25 years as the sole RDH in a periodontal practice, where she developed a deep passion for periodontal care, patient relationships, and clinical excellence. She completed her BSDH in 2025 from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with an emphasis in education. Since June 2022, she has served as a U.S. SDA Trainer, and in June 2024, she expanded her role as a Success Coach. In addition to her coaching and training work, she provides dental hygiene services in nursing homes and volunteers her time with Mission of Mercy and her local food pantry, efforts that reflect her strong commitment to giving back and caring for her community.
