Laureata con lode in igiene dentale nel 2016. Segue il corso annuale di Parodontologia della SIDP nel 2017 presso la Dental School di Torino. Consegue il Master in Management delle professioni Sanitarie nel 2018 presso l’Università LUM School of Management. Nel 2019 consegue il Master in PNL e comunicazione in ambito sanitario. Tra il 2017 ed il 2023 segue corsi full immersion in parodontologia. Dedica da sempre la sua attività clinica alla gestione dei pazienti affetti da parodontite collaborando in maniera esclusiva con studi di Parodontologia ed implantologia. Relatrice presso corsi e congressi dal 2020 alla data odierna. Come seconda attività è Junior Account Manager presso una Software House con sede a Bologna. Ideatrice e sviluppatrice del Software K-care (software dedicato alla gestione del paziente con parodontite attraverso trend statistici, periodontal charting e gestione dell’attività extra clinica). Seit meinem Abschluss als Dentalhygienikerin HF an der Medi Bern im Jahr 2007 ist die Mundgesundheit meine Leidenschaft. Seit 2017 bin ich als selbstständige Dentalhygienikerin tätig – ob in der Praxis oder mobil – immer mit dem Ziel, Patienten zu einem gesunden Lächeln zu verhelfen.

Die Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) begeistert mich jeden Tag aufs Neue: Sie ist sanft, effektiv und verbessert die Behandlung spürbar – für Patienten und Anwender. Diese Erfahrung gebe ich als SDA Trainerin mit voller Überzeugung weiter. Mein Wissen zu teilen und Kollegen zu inspirieren, ist für mich eine Herzensangelegenheit.

Michelle Steiner BSDH, RDH has been dedicated to advancing oral health and supporting fellow dental professionals since beginning her career in 1995. After earning her CDA, she completed her dental hygiene degree in 2000 and spent 24 of the last 25 years as the sole RDH in a periodontal practice, where she developed a deep passion for periodontal care, patient relationships, and clinical excellence. She completed her BSDH in 2025 from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with an emphasis in education. Since June 2022, she has served as a U.S. SDA Trainer, and in June 2024, she expanded her role as a Success Coach. In addition to her coaching and training work, she provides dental hygiene services in nursing homes and volunteers her time with Mission of Mercy and her local food pantry, efforts that reflect her strong commitment to giving back and caring for her community. Today, she loves empowering clinicians to confidently implement GBT and helping dental teams grow through supportive, real-world training

Mi sono laureata in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università di Verona nel 2018. Ho iniziato a collaborare presso lo studio odontoiatrico Albertini-Conci-Bertelle nel 2019, dove tutt’ora svolgo parte della mia attività lavorativa. Collaboro in qualità di libera professionista presso il Centro Dentale della Dott.ssa Francesca Manfrini dal 2013. Durante questi anni ho frequentato numerosi corsi e congressi.

Ho conseguito la laurea in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università degli Studi dell’Insubria di Varese nel 2013. Ho frequentato corsi Master in Parodontologia, Cariologia, Terapia non-chirurgica peri-implantare e Patologia orale.

Ho conseguito il Master di I livello “La ricerca scientifica in ambito sanitario” e, nel 2022, il Master of Science in Dental Hygiene presso l’University College of London, dove mi sono specializzata in perio-medicine, ricerca scientifica e gestione clinica del paziente parodontale. 
Dal 2020 lavoro come professore a contratto presso l’Università degli Studi di Verona e dal 2018 sono GBT Trainer certificata dalla Swiss Dental Academy.

Sarah Crow started in the dental industry in 2004. She has earned numerous awards throughout her education and career as a Dental Hygienist. To name a few, Sarah was voted the 2021 “Massachusetts Dental Society, Hygienist of the Year.” And was most recently voted the 2024 “Research Hygienist of The Year” by the Massachusetts Dental Hygienists’ Association. Sarah is a recent Past-President, of The Massachusetts Dental Hygienists’ Association. She is also a Senior Executive Consultant for Cellerant Consulting Group and a United States Trainer for The Swiss Dental Academy, in the field of Guided Biofilm Therapy with EMS Dental. She presents educational content both virtually and in-person, to dental professionals across the country. Sarah enjoys working chairside with patients in Salem, MA where she is given the opportunity to exhibit her passion for helping others to improve their oral and overall health.

Dentalhygienikerin Veronika ist eine passionierte GBT Anwenderin, weshalb sie diese Begeisterung als GBT Trainerin in Praxistrainings weitergibt. Für Veronika selbst ist das oberste Ziel, ihre Patient*innen auf dem höchsten Niveau zu betreuen und andere Fachkräfte zu diesem hohen Niveau zu motivieren. Aus diesem Grund ging sie den Weg der Dentalhygienikerin und absolvierte 2019-2021 das Bachelorstudium Dentalhygiene und Präventionsmanagement in Köln und ist seitdem auch für die Ausbildung angehender zahnmedizinischer Prophylaxeassistent*innen und Dentalhygieniker*innen in einem Fortbildungsinstitut tätig.  Um das Fachwissen stets aufrecht zu erhalten und immer auf dem neusten Stand der Wissenschaft zu bleiben, besucht sie selbst gerne Fort- und Weiterbildungen in allen Bereichen rund um die Zahnmedizin.
