Laureata con Lode in Igiene dentale del 2007 e tutor universitario per gli studenti di Tor Vergata del II e III anno di Igiene dentale dal 2010 al 2016.
Ho partecipato al Corso di parodontologia del Prof. Trombelli e al Corso su MINST del Dott. Carlo Ghezzi. Attualmente collaboro con tre studi a Roma.

 

Fabio Angelini si laurea con lode nel 2013 all’Università Alma Mater Studiorum di Bologna, dopo un periodo di perfezionamento trascorso all’estero, in Olanda, per completare la ricerca scientifica finalizzata alla sua tesi di Laurea in Parodontologia. Dal 2013 collabora come Libero Professionista presso vari sudi odontoiatrici privati in provincia di Rimini (Emilia-Romagna). Nel 2014 vince il Premio Cagidiaco indetto dalla Società Italiana di Parodontolgia (SIdP) con il miglior poster presentato da un Igienista Dentale. Nel 2014 diventa iTOP Teacher specializzandosi nelle tecniche di educazione igienica attraverso il metodo “Individually Trained Oral Prophylaxis”. Nel 2018 diventa iTOP Lecturer per l’Italia e l’Europa e da allora tiene corsi nazionali ed internazionali di tecniche iTOP per Studenti, Igienisti Dentali e Odontoiatri. Nel 2024 diventa Trainer per la Swiss Dental Academy.

Unmittelbar nach Ihrem Abschluss in Deutschland zur Dentalhygienikerin im Jahr 2009 in München an der FA Dent / Aufenthalt an der Ludwig-Maximilian Universität und der FH Deggendorf arbeitet Adina seit 2010 für die Swiss Dental Academy. Sie ist in mehreren Vereinigungen organisiert, z.B. der Deutsche Gesellschaft für Parodontologie e.V., der Gesellschaft für präventive Zahnheilkunde E.V., oder dem Berufsverband der deutschen Dentalhygieniker/ in E.V. BDDH. Sie ist mit der Guided Biofilm Therapie aufgewachsen und unterrichtet mit Leidenschaft an Universitäten, Instituten und in der Zahnarztpraxis. Sie liebt den Austausch mit Menschen, die Lust und Leidenschaft für den Fortschritt haben. Für Sie bedeutet: Prävention – Prophylaxe und Therapie sind in stetiger Bewegung und EMS und die SDA haben einen enorm bedeutenden Anteil daran. Sie schreibt für Fachzeitschriften und ist mit Stolz ein Teil der GBT Fallstudien Veröffentlichung (40+100 Clinical Cases). Sie arbeitet am Patienten und in leitender Funktion in einer großen Zahnarztpraxis in Berlin, ihrer Heimatstadt. Die praktische Arbeit am Patienten, sowie Wissensaustausch durch Präsentation und Training an unterschiedlichen Orten ermöglichen ihr Wachstum, Weiterentwicklung und den Drang nach Perfektion. Sie lebt und liebt Ihre Passion für die GBT.

Louise Warden is a highly accomplished dental hygienist based in Glasgow at the Scottish Centre for Excellence in Dentistry. She began her career in dentistry at the age of 17 as a dental nurse, later studying at Glasgow Dental School, where she graduated with distinction in 2004. In 2005, she received a Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh for having the highest exam grades in the UK for dental hygiene.

Louise has extensive experience in various fields of dentistry and is also involved in teaching. She has been with the Scottish Centre since 2008 and is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health. Additionally, she is trained in facial aesthetics, offering treatments such as dermal fillers, lip enhancement, and anti-wrinkle treatments.

Louise is active in promoting Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), an innovative preventive dental treatment, and has been involved in international conferences related to this technique. She is an ambassador for the International Team for Implantology and is involved in training dental professionals in GBT.

Kevin Ohashi Lopez, RDH, BSDH, MHA is a nationally recognized dental hygienist, educator, and speaker known for advancing modern, evidence based preventive care. With extensive clinical experience and advanced training in contemporary biofilm management, Kevin focuses on elevating hygiene protocols through minimally invasive, patient centered approaches. He is passionate about bridging the gap between traditional education and real world clinical application, empowering clinicians to confidently implement progressive workflows that improve efficiency, comfort, and long term oral health outcomes. Kevin regularly educates dental teams across North America, combining science, clinical relevance, and practical takeaways that translate immediately into everyday practice

Benjamin qualified from Newcastle University in 2011 as a dental therapist. He holds additional qualifications, BSc (Hons) and MA Education.

He splits his time between teaching at the Eastman Dental Hospital, and clinical practice at Clinic 95, Oxford.

His combined interests in education and disease prevention align well with the Guided Biofilm Therapy process and the delivery of GBT masterclasses.

He is a member of the Faculty of Dental Trainers, Association of Medical Educators and a fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Si dedica alla parodontologia, chirurgia orale, endodonzia, conservativa, odontoiatria pediatrica, allineatori ortodontici trasparenti e sbiancamento dentale.

Laureata nel 2018 a Madrid, lavora nel proprio studio di famiglia a Grosseto (Toscana).

Da Luglio 2019 a Febbraio 2020 ha frequentato IRCCS Galeazzi a Milano con Prof. T. Testori e Prof. F. Galli nel ruolo di frequentatrice attiva del Gruppo Implantare dove si è dedicata alla ricerca scientifica.

Nel Febbraio 2020 ha pubblicato la propria tesi di laurea dal titolo “Studio sperimentale in vitro con microscopio elettronico a scansione delle superfici dentali trattate con tre diverse polveri di Air-Polishing: risultati preliminari“ su la rivista Quintessenza.

Dal 2021 collabora nella clinica odontoiatrica del dott. Giano Ricci e nello studio dentistico del dott. Massimo Frosecchi come Parodontologa. Da Febbraio 2021 a Dicembre 2023 ha frequentato il Master Universitario di II livello a tempo pieno accreditato EFP dell’Università degli Studi di Firenze di Parodontologia e Implantologia Dentale con Prof. F. Cairo e Prof. L.Barbato con votazione di esame 110/110 ad Aprile 2024 e passato a Giugno 2024 l'esame dell'European Federation of Periodontology (EFP).

Djekic, Bozana M.Sc., B.Sc. ist eine engagierte Dentalhygieniekerin und begeisterte GBT- Trainerin aus Österreich. Im Jahr 2003 schloss sie in Graz ihr Diplom in Parodontologie und Prophylaxe ab. Um ihre Fachkenntnisse zu vertiefen, absolvierte sie einen Universitätslehrgang in Köln und erwarb den Bachelor in Dentalhygiene und Präventionsmanagement. Zusätzlich erweiterte sie ihr Wissen mit einem Masterstudium in Health Care Management, spezialisiert auf Pharma Management. Als engagierte Dentalhygienikerin entdeckte sie ihre Begeisterung für die Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). Ihr Fokus liegt besonders darauf, den Vorteil der GBT mit Liebe und Humor zu vermitteln. Es ist ihr ein großes Anliegen, die GBT-Therapie in Österreich zu etablieren. Ihre Leidenschaft ist es, als Trainerin tätig zu sein, die GBT in wissenschaftlichen Projekten und an Universitäten zu lehren sowie in der Ausbildung von Dentalhygieniker*innen  zu vermitteln. Sie schätzt den Austausch mit Menschen, die ebenso Freude und Enthusiasmus für Innovationen teilen.

Dal 2015 collaboro come libera professionista nello studio di Parodontologia e Implantologia Mazzocco-Paniz situato a Padova.
Ho conseguito il Master di I livello “La ricerca scientifica in ambito sanitario” e, nel 2022, il Master of Science in Dental Hygiene presso l’University College of London, dove mi sono specializzata in perio-medicine, ricerca scientifica e gestione clinica del paziente parodontale. 
Dal 2020 lavoro come professore a contratto presso l’Università degli Studi di Verona e dal 2018 sono GBT Trainer certificata dalla Swiss Dental Academy.

Kayley trained at Portsmouth Dental Academy in 2006 alongside Kings College London students, attaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy. After graduating, she moved to South London, working in two private dental practices, before returning home to Poole in June 2011. Kayley is a member of the British Society of Periodontology and keeps up to date with the latest research in dental hygiene care. Additionally, Kayley continues to grow her knowledge in Dental Implants by supporting the ADI Team Congress and EAO (European Association for Osseointegration) Congress. She loves working with paediatric patients and gently helping anxious patients through their treatment, taking a holistic approach and fundamentally placing the prevention of disease and individual care of patients above all else.

Patricia Blagic's journey in the dental field is a testament to her dedication and passion for oral health. Starting her career as a dental assistant, she quickly advanced to an expanded duties dental assistant after nine years, before pursuing her degree in dental hygiene. Fueled by a strong commitment to combating periodontal disease and a desire to educate patients, Patricia has consistently pushed herself to excel. In 2016, her office embraced cutting-edge technology by acquiring the Prophylaxis Master, allowing her to enhance patient care and outcomes. By 2022, Patricia's expertise and enthusiasm led her to join EMS as an SDA trainer. There, she became a success coach for the Northeast region of the USA, inspiring others with her knowledge and experience. Recently, she completed the Koi's Hygiene Program, further solidifying her commitment to advancing dental hygiene practices. Patricia is not just a professional; she is a passionate advocate for the importance of dental hygiene, dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of her patients and colleagues alike.

Leonora Costello is a licensed dental hygienist, educator, and Master of Healthcare Administration candidate dedicated to advancing oral health through innovation, equity, and strategic collaboration. With both an associate and bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, she blends clinical expertise with a broader public health perspective to drive meaningful change in patient care and professional education. Leonora serves as a Swiss Dental Academy Trainer with EMS Dental, where she partners with clinicians and academic institutions nationwide to implement Guided Biofilm Therapy using the AirFlow Prophylaxis Master device. In addition to her training and consulting work, she provides clinical care at East Carolina University, working directly with underserved populations to reduce disparities and improve access to preventive services.  Currently pursuing her MHA, Leonora is focused on healthcare leadership, process innovation, and sustainable improvements in dental education. Whether she's leading hands-on workshops, mentoring future providers, or building institutional partnerships, she brings energy, empathy, and a commitment to collaborative growth.

Esercito la libera professione di igienista dentale in diversi studi della Campania, collaborando attivamente con soci attivi della SIdP e dell’ITI. Collaboro con il Dott. Fabio Cozzolino a Napoli, Dott. Antonio Rupe a Benevento, Dott. Antonio Mallardo a Giugliano in Campania, Dott. Nicola Fontanella presso il suo studio di Gragnano e con il Dott. Vincenzo Russo a Castellammare di Stabia.

Benjamin ist seit 2022 Mitglied des deutschen SDA Trainer Teams. Er hat seine Ausbildung zum ZFA im Jahr 2004 abgeschlossen und ist seit 2007 als Dentalhygieniker in verschiedenen Praxen tätig. Seitdem hat er sein Wissen durch zahlreiche Fortbildungen erweitert. Neben seiner Trainertätigkeit bei der SDA arbeitet er derzeit in zwei Praxen. Seine Schwerpunkte sind neben GBT, PAR und UPT auch das Praxismanagement sowie die Leitung der Prophylaxeabteilungen. Bereits früh entdeckte er die Freude und Begeisterung an der Vermittlung von Wissen in den Bereichen Prophylaxe und Mundhygiene gegenüber Patienten*innen und Kollegen*innen, aber auch bezüglich der Funktionsweise neuer Systeme – und Arbeitstechniken oder effektiver Praxisabläufe. Er versteht es, den richtigen Ton zu treffen und Inhalte spielerisch zu vermitteln. Sein oberstes Ziel ist die Prävention von oralen Erkrankungen und somit auch die Erhaltung der allgemeinen Gesundheit seiner Patient*innen. Dabei ist die GBT ein wesentlicher Bestandteil seiner täglichen Arbeit.
